What matters to you in your life now?

If you want to achieve a goal, it has to matter to you and it has to show results.

If it doesn't matter to you, you won't find the motivation to achieve it.


I want to be able to jog...so I can keep up with my grandchildren.

I want to be able to swim...so my daughter can learn to swim.

I want to have a healthier lifestyle...so I can enjoy my time when I retire.

I want to join a yoga group...so I can meet new people.


Let your imagination flow!


It's normal to have ups and downs. Ask a friend to do it with you! It's good to have someone who can cheer for you in times where you feel like quitting...and you will enjoy cheering for your friend as well!

Don't be too hard on yourself and have fun!



Make a schedule

Take out your calendar and write what you need to do every day to achieve your goal. Your goal has to be time-bound. Write your end date on your calendar.

**Make sure your goal and your end date is attainable.**





CELEBRATE!

When you have successfully reached your goal, CELEBRATE!


Your celebration can be anything from going out with friends to buying yourself an outfit.

You will have stuck to your promise. You will be proud of yourself. You will deserve something great!


Be proud of your achievements, big or small.
